Because each design is made by hand, the turn around time for each design varies.  I try my best to deliver your item within one week from when the order was placed.

Due to the quantity & rotation of in-stock gemstones sometimes a design featured on this site
isn't available at the moment.  You can choose a gemstone or I can make a suggestion for an alternative design.
